ACRA terms and conditions

 

All payments to be made in full before the due date for each program

Costs are expected to be paid before the due date.

due date Australia camp 1st May each year, bookings and payments made after this date incurr 20 % increase

due date for all other camps 8 week prior to camp start date

due date performance and elite team 8 and 10 week payments 1st September and 1st December each year

payment before the above due dates allows the customer to take advantage of  the advertised discounted prices.

a 20 % Penalty will apply to all late payments made after the due dates

bookings made after the due date incur the 20% penalty

Deposits and payments are non refundable in any circumstances – in case of injury invoice will be provided for personal insurance claim

 

 European transfers charged at £100  one way (this cost can be shared if more than one athlete travelling)

 Melbourne transfers for Australia camp charged at £100 one way

ACRA European Transfer airports are Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck 

All transfers to be paid once share of transfer cost is worked out and emailed.

Elite program requires signed contract of 1 yr commitment

In case of disciplinary matter and athlete has to be excluded from ACRA  then no refund will be made

Athletes training with ACRA will be expected to wear ACRA apparel at all race prize giving and especially on the podium

ALL races outside of Elite and Performance program weeks are additional expenses and are quoted for each race / race series. Expenses include: race entries, lift passes, accommodation, food, share of coach’s expenses and travel costs.

All local and regional races (eg Tirol Cup and Bezirks cup) are charged at 20 euros per race
