Technical skills camp

 

The glaciers in Europe have excellent snow and training areas through-out Spring. This camp is during the British school holiday at the end of May

 

 The camp will focus on technical skills development - only SL skis needed

There will be daily video analysis. Physical preperation in the afternoons will focus on monitoring and testing individual athlete's yearly physical prep program and adjusting physical program to athlete's needs

GS and SL gate training

 

Norway's ski season starts in mid November with cold temps,snowmaking and injection of training slope, Norway will give ACRA the oportunity to train high volume of gates, we will aim to achieve volumes of 400-500 gates per day.
