elite team program - goals

 

 

The main focus of the elite team is to be the best. The elite team will be limited to 10 athletes, the team will be coached all year by Simon Brown. The elite team will use the academy as a base for physical preperation and schooling. The team will look for optimal training oportunities throughout Europe

The racing focus will be FIS races including speed

Tirol cup race series will help to develop race experience at this level, especially in first year FIS aged athletes with limited technical FIS race starts

25-30 weeks on snow

(10 week training program plus additional elite camps and races)

 

yearly periodised physical training program

 

This is a 8-10 athlete group that will train and race as an elite team

 

coaching staff - Simon Brown

Simon will exclusively coach the elite team

 

 

Program commitment

 

Elite athletes will be expected to train 20+ weeks on snow and a signed yearly commitment is needed to join the team.

 

A deposit of  £400 is required upon sign up to the elite team, this cost is broken down to £200 elite team apparael and £200 deposit
