To perform at the highest level, athlete's need high performance coaching in all aspects of their programs.
Self motivation and self discipline are basic principles of an athletes attributes, and at ACRA we encourage and help our athlete's to develop personal qualities that are required in elite performance
Basic skills are essential for high performance, these skills need to be developed at the correct age (10-13yrs) and in the correct environment - outside the stress of gate training. ACRA's high performance coaching and accurate feedback develop simple isolated skills that will enhance future performance
At ACRA our periodised programs are designed to help each athlete to peak for major races, whilst allowing time for adequate rest and recovery. On and off snow training phases are properly sequenced to achieve peak performance when it counts.
