1. UK school and ACRA co-ordinator make initial contact upon commitment to ACRA program and plan program of support

2. UK school must supply detailed list of all work and revision to be completed whilst at ACRA for each block of training

3. School work co-ordinator to plan athlete school work schedule within flexible timetable and co-ordinate with qualified teacher and head coach

4. Athletes must present work to be checked and then signed off at the end of each session daily

5. number of hours of revision and school work support recorded and emailed to parents and school weekly
